Seven for All Mankind

We can probably thank Seven for All Mankind for today's premium denim craze. But we can definitely thank them for creating some of the best-fitting jeans we've ever tried With a wide range of cuts, styles, and washes, Seven has truly universal appeal that flatters all body types.

The bootcut is Seven's basic jean, featuring signature stitching on the back pockets. Its classic fit has a low waist and is snug yet perfectly fitted for any body. As Seven's signature jean, every girl looks great in a pair of Seven bootcuts. Fitted in the thigh and butt and with an understated bootcut opening, these jeans mold to the perfect shape once they're on. This style is a staple for every Seven fan and for every girl that needs at least one pair of great-fitting jeans!

Seven's basic flare features a low (but not too low) waist and tight yet flattering fit. The flare starts below the knee and is subtle but stylish. For those girls who want a little more than the basic bootcut but want the same signature stitching everyone has come to recognize, the basic flare is absolutely perfect!

The A pocket is probably Seven's most popular and most wanted style, for the standout design on the back pocket and the variety of available (though sometimes rare!) colors that really make a statement. With a contour waistband that's low in the front and higher in the back for a perfect fit that won't budge when you're kneeling or sitting, A-pockets are great on any body. The slightly tighter fit is more fitted in the thighs and in the knee, so the A pocket flare adds and accentuates curves. The A pocket style does run smaller by almost a whole size, so you may want to size up! A pockets are always in high demand, so they're a must for any Seven for All Mankind or jeans fan!

The Flynt is quickly growing in popularity for its narrower fit and its bold pocket stitching. The waist is low and the fit is tight, similar to the fit of Seven's signature bootcut. It has a contour waistband similar to the A pockets' with the waistband higher in the back for a perfect fit that won't budge when you're kneeling or sitting. Still, the rise is slightly higher than that of the A pockets. Our favorite thing about the Flynt is the leg--the opening is narrower than that of the bootcut without being perfectly straight, so the leg looks more fitted, slimmer, and longer and the Flynts are still more versatile than pencil-leg jeans.

The Dojo is Seven's trouser jean, but is still cut in a way that flatters all Seven lovers! The waist sits lower than all of Seven's other styles, and the fit is tight in the thigh and the knee before opening up into a crisp, wide trouser flare with a thick bottom hem. Older styles of the Dojo feature subtler stitching: a "7" on each back pocket done in crossing double lines. The newer style of the Dojo is as bold a statement as the A pockets and the Flynt: long, bold, curved lines reaching to the corner. But it's the sophisticated and classic fit of the Dojo that we really love!


True Religion Brand Jeans

This L.A.-based denim company uses intense attention to detail, including fashion-forward colorful -- and sometimes twisted! -- seams, remarkable embroidery, and innovative hand-sanded vintage washes to distingusih itself as a unique leader in the jeans wear market. If you've got your heart set on a pair of True Religions, we don't blame you!

The Joey is by far True Religion's most famous style and the favorite of Rapunzel's girls! It has a unique twisted seam that complements the flattering flare leg to add miles to your legs. Joeys are best recognized for the stylish flap pockets with signature back pocket stitching in bright colors that match the orange and red stitching on all Joey seams. The Joey fits like a glove, with a perfect tight fit, a sexy super-low rise and a fitted thigh. Joeys come in different washes and variations, from light to dark and from clean to destroyed. As a fit tip, the dark washes and Pony Express style tend to run a little bit smaller than other washes. Believe us --- every girl wants and loves a pair of Joeys!

The Sammy is True Religion Brand Jean's take on the classic trouser pant. A little bit looser in the thigh than your Joeys but still perfectly fitted with a super-low rise. While lacking the True Religion twisted seam we have come to love so much, the Sammy has a super-wide waistband, a stylish wide bottom trouser hem, and front slash pockets. As a tight, fitted pant, Sammys are most flattering on a thinner figure, but they look great as a loose, slouchy trouser pant on anyone! Perfect for when you want the comfort and design of True Religion Brand Jeans in a different and unique style!

We wouldn't really call the Big T one of True Religion's cuts, but it's such a unique spin on True Religion Brand Jeans' great styles that we can't stand to ignore it. Even though you love the orange, red, and yellow stitching trademark to any pair of True Religions, the Big T uses thick white seams to make your favorite style of True Religions look like a completely different jean altogether! Joe's Jeans

Designer Joe Dahan has claimed to have an "obsession" with fit and style, and we couldn't be happier that he's pumped that quality into a variety of styles of sexy, flattering Joe's Jeans. Loved for its numerous perfect fits, unique washes, and impeccable embellishments, and known for being the choice jean of celebrities like Lindsay Lohan, Joe's is a sure favorite!

The Socialite is Joe's signature flare jean. The low-rise waistband fits straight across the hip, the thigh is fitted but not too tight, and the snug fit in the knee opens to crisp, even flare. For a basic jean, it doesn't really get any better than this!

The Honey is cut for girls with a little bit of booty going on. The contoured waistband is sexy and flattering without revealing too much, and the hips and thigh are wider-cut. The Honey fits and flatters girls with curves without letting a single thing look out of place!

For girls who are just a little bit shorter or who prefer flats and flip-flops to stilettos and wedges, the Provocateur is just for you! This jean is cut with a shorter 30" inseam as well as a higher knee break to elongate the leg and figure. You don't have to be tall for Joe's to fit you in all the right places! Paige Premium Denim

Paige Adams-Geller was known in the denim world as the perfect fit model for brands like Seven, Citizens of Humanity, True Religion, and more --- so we can never thank her enough for creating her own line of jeans! New to the scene and already one of our favorites!

The Laurel Canyon is a great all-around basic flare, with a low rise that sits right at the hips and a fitted leg cut to flatter your curves. The thighs and waist are cut tightly without pinching for a snug yet perfect fit that will complement any body type. Paiges have minimal back pocket detail that enhances without overtaking the butt. While all washes contain some distress "worn"-looking work on the thighs, even the light washes will look great for a night out on the town.

For a more classic fit, the Hollywood Hills has a straighter and wider cut through the thigh to create a little more room to move. The flare is more subtle and balanced out by the overall less fitted cut. With a contoured waistband and a slightly higher rise than the Laurel Canyons, the Hollywood Hills are amazing for that perfectly comfortable, not-too-tight jean.





Citizen of Humanity Jeans

The creators of Seven for all Mankind, Jerome Dahan and Michael Glasser launched Citizens of Humanity, another leader in the premium denim category. In addition to their fabulous fit, Citizens' clean washes and trend setting pockets have become a staple in the market. Here are some descriptions for the most popular styles of Citizens!

The Kelly Bootcut is one of the most basic styles that Citizens has created. In various washes & styles this jean has a regular rise and a bit of stretch . The signature "h" design on the back pockets gives it some extra design detail. The bootcut leg style compliments any body type.

For an alternative to the bootcut style, the Ingrid Flare has a wider leg and larger bootleg. The stretch, low rise jean is great for reducing volume.   Roomier in the legs and thighs this jean is very flattering. And of course no one can live without the signature "h" design on the back pockets.

The Fay Wide Leg is Citizens version of the trouser pant.   A bit roomier in the thigh but still fitted with a low rise . With a darted waistband and stylish wide bottom hem , you could ask for a better trouser! These jeans are great for when you want the comfort and design of a trouser but still as stylish as a regular 5 pocket jean.

The Cropped Kelly is a great addition to anyone's wardrobe. This cropped jean is a low-rise capri that looks great with sandals or sneakers. With a bit of stretch, this tight fitting jean is perfect for Citizens lovers!
