Yes, we offer Gift Receipts. They are available upon request.

Gift certificates are available in the dollar amounts listed on the website. Simply add the gift certificate to your cart as you would any regular item. If you would like to purchase gift certificates for a specific dollar amount, please contact a representative and we will be happy to process that for you over the phone. Gift certificates will be shipped US Postal Mail with no shipping charges unless you have purchased other items. If you have ordered other merchandise, the gift card will be combined with the additional items in your order. Please note that you cannot use a coupon toward gift certificate purchases.

To make a purchase using your gift certificate simply enter your gift card number in the field at checkout. The gift certificate amount will be deducted from your order total. Any remaining balance will remain on your gift card. If the cart total exceeds the gift certificate total, we will notify you for an alternative payment option.

We offer a gift wrapping service for $4.00 per box. You can select this option during the checkout process. Our gift wrap includes purple or green wrapping paper, ribbon, tissue and our signature sticker. Please specify if you would like certain items boxed and wrapped separately in the customer comments section of your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, LINGERIE, HANDBAGS AND SALE MERCHANDISE.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition and have ALL tags attached. Damage or omission of any items will result in a re-stocking fee which includes shoe boxes.
Returns and Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.
If Items are postmarked after 14 days but within 30 days of receipt, we will provide you with a store credit.
Anything after the 30 day period will be considered an unauthorized return and will be immediately shipped back to you at your own expense.
Your credit card on file will be charged.
ShopRapunzels.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.

We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves.
Please note: A $6.00 shipping fee will be charged to your credit card to cover the cost of the items you are exchanging. For international exchanges you will be required to pay the total cost of shipping the new merchandise.

We cannot ship to PO BOXES or APO/FPO addresses via UPS. We do not offer Saturday delivery. UPS will decide if the package will be left at the door or if a signature is required. FREE GROUND shipping is only offered to the 48 Continental States.

All of our international orders are paid through Paypal. Once you place the order, select the "Paypal" option as payment and it will direct you to www.Paypal.com to complete your payment. Once we have received your order and Paypal payment, your order will be processed and shipped.
